About the JewelryWatches.com Warranty
Warranty coverage for your watch is offered by JewelryWatches.com. We match the original manufacturer's warranty. Should you need it, your watch will be serviced in-house by our professional watchmakers. This warranty is valid only at JewelryWatches.com. It will become void if repair or warranty service, including battery replacement, is performed by someone other than JewelryWatches.com.
Please note: We are not authorized dealers of all the brands we carry; therefore your warranty will be from JewelryWatches.com, not the manufacturer. Although all the items we sell are 100% authentic in source and components, we do not adhere to the manufacturer’s pricing guidelines and therefore forfeit the ability to be authorized dealers. Your order will include a JewelryWatchescom warranty card, which will be dated with your corresponding purchase date. Your watch will be covered under our warranty guidelines for 2 years after its purchase date.
Coverage
Your JewelryWatches.com warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for 2 years after its purchase date. Your warranty does not include: watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass and finishes. Damage caused by excessive wear and tear, physical/accidental abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations is also not covered by our warranty.

Note: Turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. In the event your watch must be sent back to the original manufacturer, turnaround time may be greater than 6 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and service needed.
